Stormwater Vegetation Management/Repair

Stormwater vegetation management plays a very large role in stormwater mitigation. Commercial stormwater ponds must be kept in compliance with the state. We have specialized equipment to handle any kind of vegetation, such as initial cutting to reclaim the pond and routine visits. We also repair any issues that arise in the pond or stormwater areas.

Forestry Mulching/Advanced Brush Mowing

Forestry Mulching is a way to clear property in a efficient and a environmentally friendly way to reclaim overgrown vegetation and wooded areas. We bring one machine in that has a small footprint. It removes trees and vegetation, without having a large operation of multiple machines. Our machine will grind anything from weeds to 8" diameter trees. It turns it into rough mulch and provides nutrients in the soil for the vegetation you want to keep.

Herbicide Application/Bare Ground Spraying

We are licensed and insured herbicide applicators. We do bare ground spraying on a multitude of areas, ranging from sensitive sites to full size lots. Routine spraying visits are the best route to keep your area clear of weeds and unwanted vegetation.

Land Clearing/Site Development

Ready for a new building or commercial lot? We do clear cut and grubbing for developments as well. We will clear the trees and brush, remove the stumps, and root rake the area.

We are R&M Land Management, Rowland and Maddie Hettlinger. We are a family-owned and operated business. Rowland grew up in the woods doing land-clearing and logging with his mom and dad. His passion is being out in the rough, he gets the work done and makes sure everything is perfect or he will make it right. Maddie grew up loving the outdoors and being in the woods. R&M is a team and we do whatever it takes to get the job done and done right.
